LB1500 ASPHALT BATCH PLANT

1. Basic configuration

1.Cold Aggregate Supply System 

This system is composed of: one four-compartment cold aggregate feed bin, four feeding belts and an aggregate 

gathering conveyor belt.

4. Fuel Burning System

The system is composed of an imported light oil burner, pipelines, and a

 light oil tank (provided by customer).

5. Hot Aggregate Elevator

Electric motor:  11kW

The elevator uses a power ear plate chain for smooth elevating and slide type 

buckets for efficient elevating.  The aggregate outlet is specially engineered to 

reduce wearing and noise.

6. Dust Collector System

The system is composed of: a cyclone separator (snail shell shaped), one bag house

 (pulse jet), and two recycling screw conveyors.

7. Mixing Tower Assembly

Vibrating Screen:

 (Note: mesh sizes can be customized per the requirements of client, 

which shall be specified when placing order.)  

Hot Aggregate Hopper:

The hopper consists of four compartments (including straight compartment

 and conical compartment) as an integral module for easy transportation.  

The air cylinders are placed outside in parallel for easy maintenance. Pressure

 relief pipes are installed inside the compartments. 

Weighing Hoppers:

The aggregate weighing hopper is of a single bin, triple point suspended, 

with transportation fasten bolts.  Inside the bin installed a pressure relief pipe. 

Rated capacity:  1500kg.

The filler weighing hopper is of a single bin, triple point suspended, 

with transportation fasten bolts, adopting a first weighing then conveying 

design. The new and recycled fillers are dosed in turn.

Rated capacity:           260kg

Vibrating electric motor:    0.12kW.

The bitumen weighing hopper is of a single bin, insulated, triple point 

suspended, with transportation fasten bolts. 

Rated capacity is 120kg.

The Toledo sensor is used, which features accurate measuring and 

automatic error compensation.

Motor power of high viscosity insulated bitumen pump: 15kW

Pressure spraying is fast and uniform, which can shorten the mixing duration 

and increase productivity.

9. Bitumen Supply System

The bitumen supply system is composed of a 400,000.00 kcal heat conducting 

oil boiler, two 40m3 bitumen tanks, a bitumen discharge vessel, a diesel burner, 

pipe manifolds, pumps and valves.

10. Compressed Air System 

The compressed air system is composed of an air compressor, cylinders, 

electromagnetic valves and an air pipe manifold.

11. Control System

Control House

The overall dimension of the control house:

4m (Length) ×2.2m (Width) ×2.5m (Height)

The design of the control house features:

ü A container like structure

ü Double-layer insulated steel panel walls, doors and windows

ü Nice looking, convenient lifting and transportation and excellent air tightness. 

Electric Control

The box type control panel is used for electric control, which features:

ü Key electric elements sourced from international suppliers such as SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER,

ü Functions of interlock and secondary protection

ü Large power electric motors are started at reasonably low voltage 

ü The computer can display dynamic flow in Chinese and carry out the formula data management.

ü It equipped with printer so it can print reports.

ü It can add filler in ratio.
